Past couple days my audio system is down to one speaker or maybe just the front dash speakers. Everything works but it’s like the amp is off. No real power sound. Is this the same issue?
Seems like a good place to stick this.
I had to work for it, especially with all the rolling hills between Birmingham and Atlanta. 50mph at the top of the hill, easy throttle to 75+ to the bottom. Required a lot of patience and time to spare. JLR 6-speed.
It’s far easier to get into the backseat than to put the backseat back in. Super easy to take out though (which I do regularly). But maybe I’m the only one who thinks it’s super easy to get in the backseat.
Oh, both my kids also think it’s easy to get in the backseat. It’s fun for them. They...
I got the Rancho options front/rear. They’re going to get worn so long as they provide a barrier between rock and diff cover. You do have to bend the front u-bolt a wee bit that comes with the front diff. But I’d buy them both again.
Edited to remove the incorrect statement about needing to...
Yeah I’ve gathered that an estimated 18-20% are 2-doors. And maybe 10% of all Jeeps this generation are manual. So they’re rare. Order one if you don’t find one because it’s not a matter of a shortage but rather less popular.
I find that I can shift to 2nd without revving too high as long as I don’t need much throttle once in 2nd. No lugging. It’s when you try to apply too much throttle in 2nd at too low a speed that the lugging begins. Level ground and not in a hurry versus needing speed (let the rev climb).
I do...
I have a 2-door and I’ve slept in the back. Legs fully stretched out. Here’s how: move all your gear to the driver side, fold forward the passenger seat to use as a back rest, put something soft/pillowy in “rear” footwell. Boom. True, you’re not laying flat, but it was pretty comfortable. I’m...
I think Elephant Hill is my favorite. It will require a full day because you ought to do at least one hike (an hour each). I think we started at 12:45p at trailhead, did one hour-long hike plus lunch, got finished at sunset (6:40p). An hour from Moab to the park entrance, another 30 to the...
