I installed the full Boom Mat headliner maybe 5 years ago and I will say it definitely is cooler on warm days and warmer on cold ones. When I put the sunrider top on the noise is very noticeable. Wife thinks a window is down.

I got a Sunrider this year and I am really enjoying it. It is pricey but maybe pick up a used one like I did.

Thanks to the members who actually answered my question. I love the Sunride. My wife has MS and can’t handle the heat so it will be used when she is in the Wrangler. I don’t want more stuff to remove when I go naked.

If you have the shade for the Sunrider for hardtop. Does the shade stay attached to the Sunride? I have the Sunrider and may get the shade for it.
