Anyone else had this issue? It's only on one side, the other side works fine. When I pull up on the release for that side it seems like aomething is stuck. I pulled apart the back of the seat to look but haven't come up with anything obvious.

This is the OEM plastic bumper with air dam. Only had 3k miles when removed. Comes with mounting hardware. Currently packaged up and ready to go. Located in Omaha. I will be adding a picture ASAP.
