The Falkens do weigh considerably more. The C rated versions that come on the Gladiators weigh nearly as much as any other E rated tire from other brands. Iād hate to know what the E rated Falken weighed on their rig.
The design of this lacks any real cohesiveness. Itās like they took bits here and there that are of a Jeeps identity, but they donāt blend together well. Compare that with the recently debuted Scout and this thing has no chance. My 2 centsā¦
On the Canadian site if you go to build a ā24 sport, the base price reflected is with the discount. If you add the value of discount back to the price, the MSRP comes out to around 46k. The ā25s donāt have a rebate so the starting at price requires no calculation.
Hereās a window sticker of a...
I was just taking a look at the Jeep website up here in Canada. Shockingly Jeep drastically reduced the MSRP on the 2 door models. Base MSRP for a Sport went for 46k in 2024 down to 37,700 in 2025. You can now get a 2 Door Willys in 2025 for the price of what a Base sport was in 2024.
This is a great example of how short sighted dealers are. You had every intention of buying a 2 Door Jeep, and with their lack of priority on customer satisfaction, not only did they lose the opportunity to repair the Jeep and be paid by Stellantis for it, but they also lost out on a sales...
Iāve yet to see a used early JL without it. Obviously anecdotal. Iām interested in how widespread this issue truly is but based on my observations itās nearly 100%.
We recently rented a Willys 4xe with about 30k on the clock. The stock Firestone MTs were so badly cupped that we couldnāt wait to get out of it when we got to our destination. Howled in town and on the interstate. Vibrated the seats etc. Being a rental itās very likely the tires were never...
The MTs that come on the Willys are fickle. We rented a 4xe Willys in Arizona with 30k on the clock and the tires were horrendous. We couldnāt wait to get out of the thing. It was so bad that we returned it after our drive from Phx to Tucson for a replacement which was another Willys 4xe with...
Solid deal. Now priced about where they should be! All models of CDJR are piling up on dealer lots and itās forcing dealers to offload inventory as their floor plan costs are burdensome.
Adjusted for inflation, vehicles by and large donāt cost any more than they did 30 years ago. The bigger issue is that average salaries have not kept pace. The issue remains, but ultimately itās not all on OEMs. An example I recently saw is TFL purchased a 90s Tahoe that when adjusted for...
This is anecdotal, but I got a good laugh. I was picking up my Jeep from the local shop yesterday after some service and no word of a lie, everyone vehicle on a lift was a Stellantis product. Jeep Compass, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Ram Truck and a Dodge Journey. I canāt speak to why they were there...
Jeeps, any model, are about 15-20% overpriced imo. I know itās just my opinion but Iām sure Iām not the only one. They may play a part in things.
Theyād be smart to offer this package across the board. 2 Door/4 Door all trims, with different prices based on whatās already standard on the vehicle itās going on. This would compete against the Bronco Sasquatch package.
Just watched the Redline Reviews YouTube review of the 392. The reviewer is sawing on the wheel for much of the video and even comments on it but just attributes it to how the Jeep handles naturally. As a new car reviewer I assume they assume the vehicles their given are mechanically correct so...
