Most tire companies approve up to 295 on 7.5 inch wheels. However, lots of people on this forum mount 315s on stock Rubicon wheels (also 7.5 inch) without any apparent issues. You'll have to find a shop willing to do it, though.

There are at least two different OEM sizes of that camera cover depending on which wheel you have. I would just get rid of it but if you're going to replace it, make sure you get the right one.
