Have a buddy that his seat is lowering over time. You can use the handle to pick it back up but still goes down eventually. Mine is all the way down so I can't replicate it. Anyone have this happening asking for a vertically challenged friend.

Can you take the belt off one pully and spin them by hand to find the offender. Not much info out there on 2.0 and belt replacement youtube had no hits.

I had an idler pully go bad that sounded similar, but not as constant as yours and a 3.6

Headgasket failure then got too hot while idling (I was walking down driveway checking the mail :facepalm:) dumped entire coolant system through the exhaust. Bought new engine from AMW still the 3.6 unfortunately. Roughly cost 3 cents per mile so not too bad lol.
