If there is 3 wires then it’s a ground, headlight power and halo power. Take the halo power wire and connect it directly to led power wire so they come on together. Or you can run the halo wire to daytime lights

They appear to be a standard bulb, not LEDs like your main headlights. So I suspect that you’re going to have white headlights and then those big lights which will appear slightly yellowish. I don’t think they look horrible but the two different shades of color would drive me insane

Anyone on here have an Alldata account that can pull up a wiring diagram for him? If you got that you could try to remove it and look for where the damage is yourself. It sounds like it’s rubbed somewhere. Hopefully you will be able to see it
