Based on what I was able to glean from my measurements of the JL mules, the track with is 63.9". This a two inch extension over the JK's measurement of 61.9", however it still falls well short of the RAM's 67.1" width.

I scaled the new mules to the 2017 JK's last night. I can 100% confirm that the axle track is wider on the JL's.

I also noticed that the rear windshield wiper has been relocated to the bottom of the window, partially hidden by the tire.

The Safari Concept finishing's are far more indicative of what we should see in terms of quality for the finished JL product as opposed to what is shown on the current mule.

I can't see them screwing this up. I think what we are looking at on the mules is just placeholder parts.

The plastic on these mules has to be placeholders because right now these Jeep's look like Fisher Price toys.
