I got these. They work fine enough in my 24 JLURX with power seats and are pretty inexpensive/easy to wash. Used them today since I went to the beach in NJ!
Awesome! Thanks for posting @blackJLURubi ! Did you also install rears? Iām happy to purchase from a forum sponsor and have a message to Benny @AllMoparParts.com.
Have a new in box sunrider for hardtop that will fit a JL. Free to someone who will use it and meet local to pick up. In Bergen County NJ and work in Bridgewater.
Hey guys - was cleaning out my garage and came across two brand new oil filters for the 6.4l. I had purchased them for my 2015 Grand Cherokee SRT which I traded in 2021 for Jaguar F-Pace SVR.
These are free to whoever can use them. Please donāt grab them to sell them!
Well my JLUR has the factory steel bumpers and perhaps the front is a bit more solid than the rear? I was recently involved in a 15mph collision with a driver who made an improper turn directly in front of me causing a T-bone impact situation. The Jeep fared quite well and honestly I was shocked...
Check your Nav. Does it show your vehicle in the correct location? If not, youāre likely going to need the entire head unit replaced. Just had this done on my ā18 JLUR. Same issue - compass was off and so was Nav. Was $950 installed out of warranty. Hope that helps
Iām nearly identical to you Jim. I have a 2018 JLUR thatās now at around 45k miles. Iām waiting for the parts for the latest clutch recall to take it in and will report once I see what they say in my case.
Check that the 8.4 is getting a GPS signal. There seems to be a growing number of us whose air card has shit the bed, rendering nav and any other connected service (besides Sirius) worthless. Replacement of the whole radio seems to be the fix for ~$2k. Making an appointment to have my JLUR...
Iām at 43k miles and 3 years will be April. I agree itās unacceptable. I understand nothing lasts forever but I donāt consider a car radio disposable and am not excited about a $2k spend if they wonāt cover. It shouldnāt have this issue. Thnx for the info.
Strange how many of us are having such a similar issue here and across a range of model years. Sounds like maybe a bad software update might be a good guess? I canāt imagine the hardware would fail in such a similar way across a few different models and years. Please let us know what ur dealer...
Yea this kind of stuff is annoying for sure. Truthfully I dont use the in-dash nav much with CarPlay available, but I would like the compass to be right and if there was ever a need to track the vehicle as stolen, I assume that would be fu*led in its current state.
oh yea... and we paid for it...
