Why would anyone want the V/8 if the 3.0-liter, inline six-cylinder "Hurricane" engine - including one version rated at 540 horsepower may be the replacement?
This may not be the ideal solution-but this is how I carry kayaks on my Bestop soft top Wrangler Unlimited from Amazon with the help of a rear trailer hitch mounted "T"

If you go with the Odyssey mindset-check out Batteries Plus-as they have a generic version of the Odyssey-which makes for an easier warranty replacement in out of the way destinations-that is made by Odyssey with a Batteries Plus name tag
Easy choice-get rid of both batteries and get a single 850 CCA AGM (Gel) battery. Leave the AUX in place-just disconnect the ground cable and pull fuse #42
After you disconnect the batteries-expect the electronics to take a while to reboot. That's what I did and everything has been great ever since. The reboot can take hours or sometimes even days-so disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes will restart the reboot process all over again. Once you...
Why would you want to replace the troublesome AUX battery when you can eliminate it in 5 or 10 minutes by disconnecting the ground terminal to it and pulling fuse #42 when you can replace the main battery with a 850CCA replacement?
I remember when I did the same thing-by eliminating my AUX battery and I was left like a deer in the headlights in confusion-when a lot of stuff quit working?
Luckily a guy-by the name of Bill in NY-from the Forum talked me down from the ledge of uncertainty-and sure enough-everything slowly...
I got a memory relay interrupter from Amazon for something like $35.00. So now, when I push the button on the dash-it remembers to keep the Start/Stop in the off position until I decide to push the dash button to enable it. It works great and it's a 5 minute or less installation! I noticed that...
I'm looking to replace my factory air filter on my mostly street driven in S/W Florida 2020 3.6 V/6 Rubicon JLU with an automatic transmission.
My first thought was to go for the K&N #33-5076 for $64.99...
You may be overthinking this. Put a new AGM 850 CCA Battery in and connect one ground cable at a time and see which one starts the Jeep. Pull fuse #42 and call it a day. I went to Amazon and bought a relay with memory to either use the start/stop or to switch it off for around $35.00.
When you pull the main battery-you may get a better visual?
I know what you mean-as both cables are close in size but there is a slight difference.
Just a guess here-but if you hook the wrong one up-will the Jeep still start?
