Have you had any further issues with the whine? Mine started making a scraping noise and the dealer replaced the idler pulleys.....and now I just have the whine.....but since I am tuned to the noise now I am wondering if its normal over time....

I know this is an ancient thread but --- wondering if you, Arterius2, had the turbo replaced and if so what is the status of the whine if you still have the JEEP?

Looking for a skid plate for the REAR diff on our 21 2 door 2.0T engine..... Ordered a Rough Country M186 for the FRONT but RC techs confirmed they do not make one to fit the REAR if you have a 2.0 engine. Anyone find one ?

See my update...but curious --- what side did you drill from? I assume INSIDE because my drill wouldnt fit from the engine side. Turns out the plug just PUSHES in and out....I did it from the inside. Took two seconds. I felt so dumb. LOL

Ok....so ...."K.I.S.S." I found a youtube video (what the hell did we do before YT vids?)..... All I did was go INSIDE the jeep, and push outward on it. IT DOESNT TWIST AT ALL really.....just pushes in and out. Duh. LOL
