OK, so the million $ question is the smaller hole correct and perhaps the hole gets bigger when it's worn by the nub on the end of the camshaft?

The bottle seam is the proper level.

The headlights on will illuminate the AUX switch backlight. When my switch array failed with the headlights on there was NO backlight present.

When you turn the headlights on do the backlights on the switch array turn on?

Cool, did you try printing it in TPU material? It's "rubbery" & works well for stuff like this. Beyond that one for the JL would be super cool:-)

No our 2018 has gotten them several times. Not sure when the last one was though.

I resolved it by replacing the switch assembly. I plan on diagnosing what went wrong electrically with the old one just haven't yet had time.

Try bleeding first, could be the slave cylinder is failing. A pressure test will tell you but you'd really need the Jeep manual to see if there's specifications listed or not.

The Penzoil doesn't have a nice foil seal like most Castrol products do. Penzoil only uses the plastic ring which is hit & miss as sometimes it just unscrews with the cap!

Check it on another site but the 68163849AB is the 50/50 & the 68163848AB is the concentrate which is what I have for our 2018 3.6 V6
