Try bleeding first, could be the slave cylinder is failing. A pressure test will tell you but you'd really need the Jeep manual to see if there's specifications listed or not.
The Penzoil doesn't have a nice foil seal like most Castrol products do. Penzoil only uses the plastic ring which is hit & miss as sometimes it just unscrews with the cap!
