I intend to replace the spare, but will possibly have to order it separately, long story short, tire deal is running right now, and they “can’t” give me the same deal on five or some such…
I have a bone-stock 2021 Rubicon Unlimited with 33” KO2’s. Nearing new tire time with 36k on them. Been happy, going same tire again.
However, I like the looks of 35” tires. Any issues going to them that I should be aware of? I have the 2.0T/8-speed and love the performance. And 4.10’s since...

My tires are stock-size KO2's, 33". I run them about 30 psi on road. For the off-roading we do, no rock crawling, mostly forest service roads, I don't NEED to air down often for traction, more for ride comfort. I go to 20 psi.
My Viair is a 300P, their middle of the road unit. I haven't...
Obviously, the compressor itself, a very nice bag. The hose is the quick-connect kind, and has an accurate dial gauge (at least mine is dead on when checked with a known gauge). The hose also has a quick deflator that is in-line with the gauge. I actually use it more than my ARB quick deflate...
Unless I missed it, no one has mentioned some sort of air. I carry a portable Viair 300P compressor (moves between F-250, Jeep, tractor, etc.) The bag is large enough for my tire repair kit and air down tools, nylon gloves, leather gloves, tire gauge, etc.
And we have a Silky hand saw, light...
That is a really slick operation! I have an aftermarket tow wiring harness, and honestly don’t remember if it has 7- or 4-pin plug on it. I installed it for the ability to use a d-ring as a recovery point and to mount a bike rack, I doubt I’ll ever pull a trailer with it (have a Super Duty for...
I have a Viair 300P which is I think maybe a little larger than the 88p? Not sure, but you can check. Anyway, the compressor only I think will fit in my ‘21 Rubicons cubby. However, I use the very nice Viair bag that it came with, stuff it with all my deflators, tire pressure gauge(s), tire...
I have stock size 33” KO2’s on my Rubicon. Depending on how far I have aired down, to get the Viair out, set up, and aired up from say 20 to 30 psi, then broken down and put away and drive off, takes maybe 8-10 minutes at most.
The 110volt I haven’t used on the Jeep, so I can’t answer. I...
I didn’t want an installed system in my Rubicon, need to take it in my truck, trailers, wife’s car etc. And I had a budget. I also don’t like putting that much into say a twin ARB (and I would really love to have one,..) because I will end up trading, and either get $0 return, or have to take...
I hate LED’s, period. The sharp cutoff line with no spill just really makes me uncomfortable. With traditional lights you have at least a little spill which can help identify pedestrians (or where I live deer) just a fraction quicker. And it also just bothers my eyes to drive my wife’s car...
I don’t go places where I can get in too much trouble in my Rubicon (no body damage allowed) so I have an ARB recovery kit with a kinetic strap and a few soft shackles, couple of D-shackles, gloves. I‘ve used a couple items in this kit, but never on a vehicle, its been tractors and farm...
I have definitely felt the lack of engine braking in my 2.0T! But oh my gosh does it run well! Your comments back up why I started this thread in the first place, glad I’m not alone in feeling little or no braking.
