  1. Tazer (Programmer) for the JL

I've used it a few years now, update it and really no big issues. If you keep it plugged in, the Uconnect won't update, if you use the app.
  2. Rear rotational knock from differential at low speeds.

My 2018 JLUS has done that from day one. I have a slight 'humm' at 1500rpm, but no other issues; drives great on the highway.
  3. Installing JL trailer hitch and wiring harness

    ...'do it correctly'
  4. Installing JL trailer hitch and wiring harness

It's not that difficult to go through the firewall....donut correctly, but your choice.
  5. Prodigy Performance JL Stage 2 Turbo Kit installed

If stay with 35s, use 4.56 gears...better for more on road than off.
  6. Gotta love Selec-Trac!

Thanks for that. I haven't tried that in heavy rain but maybe I will to see the difference.
  7. Tazer (Programmer) for the JL

Never had that happen....had mine for over a year now.
  8. Got the V41 recall work done

Excatly.....a 8mm socket and 3 minutes sets it correctly if the dealer install didn't get it right.
  9. Got the V41 recall work done

I don't think it would damage it as I have driven on it for more than a week, until I corrected it...I believe it works better, as installed correctly.
  10. Got the V41 recall work done

Try sending out a memo to all the Tech's who replace the steering dampener to Read The Instructions....there is a sticker on the shock tube and the buldge if the sticker is wrong. Mine was installed incorrectly and it took me 3 minutes to correct it. Good grief.
  11. JL comfort if lifted

I installed the Mopar 2 on my JLSU and it's better than stock; of course I like a stiffer ride, but this does ride and handle better. Tires and wheels also add to it one way or the other.
  12. Got the V41 recall work done

It took them over 2 weeks to get my JL in for the failed rocker arms...very nice.
  13. Got the V41 recall work done

I just received my notice on my phone. I guess I'm fortunate because I've had no issues with the front end (had a rocker arm fail at 11,500mi) so I hate to take it in. My JLSU birthdate was 12/18. We'll see.
  14. How reliable is the new 3.6l? is it straight out of the gc?

I agree...my bragging stopped and reliability thought as well, but, since it runs better now there must have been a problem to begin with. I just can't figure out why FCA doesn't use a better product.
  15. How reliable is the new 3.6l? is it straight out of the gc?

I a least went 11,500 miles...mine was the #4 cylinder...on a positive note, it now runs better, gas mileage improved and no auto/stop
  16. How reliable is the new 3.6l? is it straight out of the gc?

A ticking like bad fuel/octang knock on first start.... afterwards it was silent....poor performance....
  17. I've probably had the worst experience out of anyone that's received their JL

Glad your experience with them was prompt and follow up contacts. I called them with my issue, they did call the dealership and informed me of the same diagnosed as the service writer told me. Didn't hear from them until over a week after I picked up my Jeep. Hope your problems were...
  18. How reliable is the new 3.6l? is it straight out of the gc?

Since the repair, no issues and the power is very good, gas mileage seems a little better: issue from the start? Anyway, back on the road and that dang auto stop is on standby...don't have to shut if off each time...LOL.
