Does anyone purchase a Jeep as an investment? People purchase them to have fun. Investment? Bah!!! That is just an excuse you tell others to justify the expenditure. If you can afford it, go for it. Remember to post pics so the rest of us can lust.

  3. Any suggestions for 17x9 +12 wheel fitment on a sport with 315/70s?

I like. They match the color of the Jeep. Please post one from the front and one from the back if you have them. I want to see how far they stick out past the fenders. What size tires are these?

  12. 2021 Jeep with major paint issues (hardtop)!

This is the challenge that FCA faces. Do they stick with the ruggedness and simplicity or do they expand market share by adding more creature comforts? If they stick with ruggedness and simplicity, they maintain the loyal, faithful buyers like Wolf. If they expand to include people who want...
  13. 2021 Jeep with major paint issues (hardtop)!

I have heard this concern before. Especially from people who have owned earlier model Jeeps. FCA has done a very good job of expanding the market for Jeeps. They have maintained the image of the brand. I give them full credit for that. I don't think the move to more electrical components...
  14. 2021 Jeep with major paint issues (hardtop)!

I understand why you would want this. You want an off road vehicle that has few potential points of failure. You don't want electronic components to fail when you are 100 miles from civilization. I get that. However, the world is moving in a different direction. In a few years, gas and...
  15. 2021 Jeep with major paint issues (hardtop)!

When you do an engine swap, you drop out the old engine (motor), you put in the new engine and then you connect the new engine to the original electronics, etc.
  16. 2021 Jeep with major paint issues (hardtop)!

For this reason, we hope the Bronco is a success. The competition may push FCA to improve. Right now there is little incentive for them to do so.
  17. 2021 Jeep with major paint issues (hardtop)!

I agree. Start with the dealer. Jeep's customer service department has an account on this forum. If you have any difficulties with the dealer, you can send them a message directly. You should be able to get this issue resolved. Start by asking them to give you a replacement. They might...
  18. Fuel Storage Options

A bit off topic. What are the risks involved in carrying flammable/explosive fuel on the back of a Jeep? Has anyone seen/heard of accidents while carrying extra fuel?
  19. Any suggestions for 17x9 +12 wheel fitment on a sport with 315/70s?

That is a good price. Quadratic has them for 253 each. You can also use Rubicon suspension parts to get a 1 1/2 inch lift. Decisions... decisions...
