Lift is there. You can add control arms if wanted, or just slap the 37s under it. Driveshafts are likely different, as well as skid plates. Driveshaft necessity is unknown, Transfer case as weak link, also unknown.
A, C, D (when available) and F would put your rig far more capable than most.
Look at a simple Ford Fusion hybrid. You can get an SE for lie 25K. But if you want the Energi, you start with a titanium, so the differential is like 12-13K. That differential from standard hybrid to plug in hybrid.

Curious. At what point will you back out? My order the dealer thought it might be 90K. I'll not spend that considering what I can do to my 2021 JLUR for the difference (that's a used F150, trailer, and still drivable JLUR on 37s).
