    draglink should have some play. The boot looks fine. I replaced my steering with RPM steering kit, mine was bent from a wheeling trip. Do some research on steering kits.
  2. Bad ball joint?

    There should be some play with “force” on new rebuildable ball joints. I just replaced mine with Dynatrac HD ball joints. I also replaced steering and fox ats stabilizer. Also replaced my uca’s & links ends they look worn out, tighten up front track bar. And rides okay. Still need the alignment...
  3. Wobble Without A Cause

    Just because it’s not lifted it does not mean parts do not fail. I would check all your suspension / steering ends and ball joints.
  4. Highway bump causes death wobble

    Torque bolts to spec, front track bar & uca/lca’s Check steering ends as well. Once everything is tight you should be good if it continues then you have warned out ends on the parts.

    @Gaust - Do you know if the service contract after picking up the jeep place your work under "powertrain warranty?" I wonder if rocker arms are covered under standard power train warranty or extended warranty coverage only.

    @dos531 & @Jaym . I have 22k on my 38 pats and they do not look anywhere near that warned out. Rotate roughly every 3500 miles.

    @jackthejl Looks great!! I will be going to the EVO Longarm w/ KING coilovers soon from MC midarm kit. I believe once you buy the kit from EVO directly the coilovers are spec to the 4.5" longarm kit correct? Since you bought the coilovers first was that the reason of the harsh ride?

    install the front RCV axle shafts on the D44 and mount the 40 trail grapplers to my beadlock wheels sitting in the garage I actually have 24 days off starting on the 11th LOL.... So I will have a lot of time to sit around and potentially get the EVO longarm w/ King coilovers! ssshhh just don't...
  18. Rubicon Take Offs Worth It?

    yea the rubi take offs are cool if you are not wanting to upgrade to beadlock wheels

    just do sport cheaper... if not the rubicon don't spend the extras on the Willys ....
