    I used basically the same method as in the video, except instead of a fancy homemade tool, I used the box end of an old wrench that was slightly larger than the threaded part of the bolt.

    ESS can be annoying, particularly on the V6, but the fuel saving is definately not negligible for in town driving. Save money, don't save money, your call. Agree with you on points 2 and 3.

    I never threw it out. Only replied that the report is focused on leveling the cost to generate and not leveling the cost to end users which can be very different equations. I don't think it is liberal or conservative. The same goes with the IMF, except it categorically leans liberal on...
