  1. JLRU Manual T Forced Induction Experience (ProCharger supercharger)

Is yours a manual transmission? If they use a single belt for the whole thing, without any upgraded tensioner, I think it will have the same problem with manual transmission.
  2. Bike rack options?

That looks great. I just have a couple of questions: what keeps the bikes from banging against each other? And how do you hang there a bike without the bar between the seat and the handlebars? ( my wife’s)
  3. Bike rack options?

Yes. Correct. Not an ideal situation.
  4. Bike rack options?

Got the Inno Rack. Perfect fit.
  5. 15 hour trip need advice.

Lots of info here in the forum on the install.
  6. 15 hour trip need advice.

Nice I thought you had a hitch. But it’s no big deal to install.
  7. 15 hour trip need advice.

If buying an enclosed trailer, I would try to stay close to the dimensions of the Jeep to minimize wind resistance and if you can get the same track width of the Jeep, even better.
  8. 15 hour trip need advice.

I would drive the Jeep. A hitch cargo basket can hold a lot of stuff. You want to stay below the tongue weight limits including cargo in the Jeep, but there are always bulky items that can travel in the basket. If that is not enough, a smaller U-Haul is not a bad option. I have trailers, but...
  9. 4wd high question

That’s what I do with my Rubicon, but you got to be very conscious to remember to take off 4Hi. If that were a priority for me like your case, I would go with a Sahara manual and everyone is happy.
  10. 4wd high question

Yes like he says, the Sahara is your answer. You can drive it in AWD all the time.
  11. Specs for removing the factory lug nuts?

This thread is going south.:facepalm:
  12. Specs for removing the factory lug nuts?

I like the telescopic one, it’s excellent for the purpose and very cheap. EPAuto Telescoping Lug Wrench, Wheel Wrench with CR-V Sockets (17/19, 21/22mm) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071FV7XVM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_c8YbFb13T5S23 At home I use the impact wrench to loosen nuts, never to tight.
  13. JLRU Manual T Forced Induction Experience (ProCharger supercharger)

I agree with your assessment. A dedicated belt would be ideal.
  14. JLRU Manual T Forced Induction Experience (ProCharger supercharger)

Very rarely did I make use of it, so it is in rare occasion that I miss it.
  15. JLRU Manual T Forced Induction Experience (ProCharger supercharger)

Hello. As long as limited to 6-8 psi there is no harm. The engine can take it with no issues. The fact if the matter is that you are there for literally seconds at the time. It is irrelevant on the life of the engine. Anything higher that that can create immediate damage. On the other hand, it...
  16. Where is the math behind tongue weight?

So the rule of thumb is that your tongue weight should be around 10% ( some say 10-15%) of the total weight of the trailer loaded. But leaves unanswered questions for me. For example, I have a 1000# tandem flat trailer. The tongue weight empty is right at 100#. So far so good. But If I decided...
  17. Clutch Recall (FCA W12 | 20V-124) on 2018-2020 JL Manuals [overheating clutch pressure plate]

In another world, maybe years ago before the viruses, this would have been something like: perform this test, if it fails, call the dealer who will order the parts and let you know when they are ready. And the sleeve, which is a joke, could have come in the mail. Ridiculous and expensive like...
  18. Clutch Recall (FCA W12 | 20V-124) on 2018-2020 JL Manuals [overheating clutch pressure plate]

How is your clutch? Do you have reason to believe you will need parts? I’m the same way about dealership service. I took mine because I knew there was nothing wrong with it and just wanted to check box of the safety recall. I was out in less than 20 minutes.
