Yeah I did. This is what the NHTSA site says. Seems like a pretty small number of vehicles.

Seat Belt Retractor May Not Lock
In the event of a crash, if the front seat belts fail to lock, there is an increased risk of injury.
@Diode Dynamics sent me a replacement with pre-paid return for the RMA of the one with the issue. Great customer service. I'm sure my issue was probably a fluke, but I'm glad to have purchased from them and not a cheaper option w/o USA customer service.
Thanks for a fast and painless fix!
Similar to very slightly heavier than stock AE box on mine. All stock suspension, etc. Very sure the dealer did the software in my case because they called me afterwards confused that I had bulb out warnings and stuff b/c I did an LED fender swap myself and the software update blew my settings away.
Hearing some reports of the really overly-light steering is certainly not my experience. Wondering why there are some differences here. I know for sure my dealer did the programming because some settings I had done for a LED light conversion got reset. I'm wondering if this is a product of not...
Not sure if the Willys has the dual bulb halogen fender lights like the Sahara, but if it does, I think you only need to do:
4. LED Dedicated DRL Present (ACTIVE)
Adaption --> LED Light Settings--> and then select the following to settings:
1. LED Front Turn Lamps Present (ACTIVE)
Three settings for the fender lights. Here is an earlier post of mine with screenshots
LED Dedicated DRL
After a normal highway drive today I came home to notice the lens had come off my driver side marker. No off roading damage or evidence anywhere else on the fender of damage. Sent @Diode Dynamics an email; hope they will help me out.
I haven't seen anything official. I took mine to the JK value of 87 since it looks to be a similar setup.
Edit....looks like my origianl google search returned 87....but looking deeper it is 70..
This is where...
I think it basically comes down to needing to fold the windshield down....but looking at it myself it looks like the side rails of the top pinch down on the corners of the header seal, so wondering if the top needs to be loosened up to allow it to fold down.
I might have to replace my windscreen header seal. @Cmac84, do you know if I'd have to remove, or at least loosen up, the bolts on the top to allow access to the header seal and/or fold the windscreen down? It looks like the power top captures the header seal.
I checked mine too and they were not very tight. I went with the JK torque of 87 since the bolts thread into the cast housing like the JK.
I also checked the steering column bolt and it took a bit more to get to the spec of 40 too.....
Based on my experience this works for some, but not all. My gearbox had play that was not in the sector gear joint. Mine seemed to be in the spool valve/torque sensor region. You could lock-up the gear mesh...and still have play. Think it just depends.
Hi. Dealer ripped my pitman arm tie-rod boot replacing my steering gearbox under warranty. Would rather fix this myself but can't seem to find the boot separately. Can you by chance get these? 2019 JL Sahara 2.0.
