I normally dont keep them much past warranty but I did have a Saturn Vue that I sold at 205k and a Honda Pilot that I traded with 272k.
Both with the Honda 3.5 V6
Both have start/stop. If you have eTorque you just have a 48v battery mounted on the underside of the Jeep instead of the AUX battery under the PDC in the enhine bay. The 48v battery has an 8 year warranty and not really customer replaceable.
If you have eTorque, replace your main battery. If you have ESS, replace the main and AUX together or consider bypassing the AUX.
OEM batteries are not the best
