I'd probably just go with adding washers and reusing the bolts. I don't think there's a clean way of getting the nutserts off without risking reaming the holes for the clips.
Update: I was finally able to get into the other dealership in town and they never mentioned a thing about the 392 being modified and informed me today that they ordered a new transfer case and it'll be in at the end of the week and covered by warranty. I've got about ~$5500 worth of relief...
Same question, I'm not far and would be up for meeting at the trail Saturday to run it. I have a 9 yr old girl and a 6 yr old boy that'll be with me also
The CPO has an extended drivetrain warranty already just FYI. I did the same, but ended up getting screwed by mods voiding warranty. Unbeknownst to me (and the dealer I guess) the CPO I purchased had aftermarket gears which have led to my transfer case failure and my rear locker sensor failure...

We officially placed an order for a Bikini Rubicon X today with Granger. 3.6/auto/mopar black grill and a sunrider. We were hoping for the SOT roof but it is unavailable with bikini :(

The errors given to me from the dealer were C1477-413 and C1438-00. Said clutches were worn, fluid was low and burnt with metal shavings in it. OBVIOUSLY that...
Ya I know it hasn't been uncommon and I'm hoping that the "burden of proof" being on the manufacturer will prevent me from having a really good excuse to go Atlas lol.
My '21 392 has ~22k miles on it and started having the occasional SERV 4WD lights that would drop me out of 4L, which turned into occassionally getting it in regular driving, to always having it in regular driving to now telling me that the transfer case temperature is high and 4wd is...
