Yep. No Problem.
Got a call from the dealer yesterday and was told that when they went to install the radiator they found a broken radiator mount that they didn't see before because it was sheared off so cleanly. The replacement won't be in until Monday, so the body shop won't get it until...
Body is on and new rear bumper installed. They’re installing radiator, air intake, new bumper, and the correct wheels and tires tomorrow morning and then it goes to the body shop for the last of the work.
Yeah, I know. I was told they need to get all of the collision work done and then start the recall process. I was kind of annoyed at that. He also said that they are waiting like 6 weeks for the new steering box when they order them.
Couple new pics from today.
The new frame is on the lift next to this one. Suspension all mounted up and new steering components going on. Engine and tranny swap is tomorrow. Hope to have it back Tuesday of next week.

That said, the dealership is Jeep Only in Las Vegas and the parts and service team have been excellent. Adam is the parts manager, and has been my contact person, and has done a great job by me so far.
Hoping for a Tuesday pickup, but we’ll see. I can’t wait to get it back. Have a slipstream, tube doors, j-top, and a bunch of other crap to install. At least the timing is good for top off and doors off weather.
Even the most capable shop can miss things when you’re basically taking the vehicle apart and rebuilding it. My concern is not that this specific dealer is not up to the task (the dealership literally only deals in Jeep products), but that such a big project will almost certainly have some...
