Came running out of a field right smack into the rear of my Jeep. It must have jumped because it didn't damage the rear door, but caught the corner of the soft top. Thankfully Jeep can get me a new one in a few days.
1. Remove the exterior mirror using a Torx #40 bit to remove 3 bolts. Separate the mirror from the door and disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Remove the interior strap handle. Use a Hex #6 wrench for the 4 cover bolts and a metric #7 socket for the lower screws.

2. With a trim tool remove the widow slot covers, and the cover under the interior door handle. Use a Torx #30 bit to remove the bolt under the door handle.
Saw in the latest QTech catalog that they have screen windows for the rear soft top. I remember with the JK series all sorts of people were dreaming about modifying the OEM windows to do this. Most probably never tried. Looks like a nice option that works with the OEM top for people who sleep...
