Dude... Thanks for making me not feel crazy. So it appears to be the sub producing sound as part of the Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) This makes so much sense. I'm going to disconnect the mics and see if that helps. I will check if they share mics with the phone jazz

This could just be a vent session, but on the off chance that this is an issue (which I doubt), does anyone else have droning at around 1500 RPM? I don't mean when it goes in to cyl deactivation mode, because it happens in deactivation or not. I just turn up the radio, but it drives the wife...

The LP9's have dual modes, and use some of the same lights. If you power both circuits at the same time it overloads the circuit board and will cook it, as per @Baja Designs

Considering one was on 37s and a little wider stance, and the XR is only on 35's I do prefer the ride of the XR... Maybe the extra weight on the front?
