  1. Droning..... Is actually the SUB reverbing (Update)

If I would have known it was from the sub I would have searched for it, and hopefully would have found your post. Glad we solved it.
  2. Droning..... Is actually the SUB reverbing (Update)

Update, I plugged in my hard top connector, as I said before I take it off so often that I never plug it in, and 99% solution for me....
  3. Droning..... Is actually the SUB reverbing (Update)

Dude... Thanks for making me not feel crazy. So it appears to be the sub producing sound as part of the Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) This makes so much sense. I'm going to disconnect the mics and see if that helps. I will check if they share mics with the phone jazz
  4. Droning..... Is actually the SUB reverbing (Update)

Wait.... I will science this tomorrow... I dont plug in my hard top because I take it off so often... If this is it, holy crap what a flaw.... I did note that I hear my speakers give a pop when I turn on and off the sport exhaust.
  5. Droning..... Is actually the SUB reverbing (Update)

I have not heard of this... Is there a thread?
  6. Droning..... Is actually the SUB reverbing (Update)

This could just be a vent session, but on the off chance that this is an issue (which I doubt), does anyone else have droning at around 1500 RPM? I don't mean when it goes in to cyl deactivation mode, because it happens in deactivation or not. I just turn up the radio, but it drives the wife...
  7. Lets say I am cancelling my Firecracker 392 XR... Hypothetically

The LP9's have dual modes, and use some of the same lights. If you power both circuits at the same time it overloads the circuit board and will cook it, as per @Baja Designs
  8. Lets say I am cancelling my Firecracker 392 XR... Hypothetically

Considering one was on 37s and a little wider stance, and the XR is only on 35's I do prefer the ride of the XR... Maybe the extra weight on the front?
  9. Lets say I am cancelling my Firecracker 392 XR... Hypothetically

No spacers for me, no matter how much people say they are safe. https://www.methodracewheels.com/products/roost-matte-black?variant=1077215153
  10. Lets say I am cancelling my Firecracker 392 XR... Hypothetically

Mopar 2in lift and 37's on some method wheels... They made the Rubicon so nice to modify with the flairs.
  11. Lets say I am cancelling my Firecracker 392 XR... Hypothetically

@Baja Designs I used a trigger 6 on my old rig, and I use the mopar stock switches on the new one. #1 for the "spot beams" and #3 for the "flood pattern. Yes, never at the same time. I've had the idea to add some relays to ensure both are not powered at the same time, but haven't put in the...
  12. Lets say I am cancelling my Firecracker 392 XR... Hypothetically

As rohdawg said, BD LP9s. They are awesome, I may even say more than what I need... However on long back roads or trails I wouldnt trade em for the world. They have a low setting which is just flood lights and a high setting that throws in the beam lights with it. 4.999 out of 5 stars. My only...
  13. Lets say I am cancelling my Firecracker 392 XR... Hypothetically

Well I ended up pulling the trigger. 5K miles later and I would not look back. The XR package is amazing on the road, all in all the same gas mileage, just a little more expensive per tank. I moved my winch, lights, steps, radios and mud flaps over from the old to the new, and don't really...
  14. Lets say I am cancelling my Firecracker 392 XR... Hypothetically

Hey Mark, sorry I didn't see you sooner. These are by ROAM, I have used them on 3 JL's so far.
  15. Ugly Christmas Sweaters...

With the holiday season coming up where are you finding your favorite ugly sweaters?
  16. Fake engine noise?

When I push the button to turn off my performance exhaust, I hear my speakers crackle once in a while. Are we fed artificial noise into the cabin?
