  1. V8 Wrangler Rubicon 392 Concept drive review by MotorTrend

this is probably going to be $60k base price and not offer any lockers or a Rubicon model
  2. Best Tire Carrier for 40” Nitto

I have an LoD tire carrier but I am only running a 35" tire. It however says its rated for 40s and I believe it. This thing is overbuilt as fuck.
  3. What’s next? Rubicon Trail Mods

if you are going to do it just do them all at once. regearing, axle swaps, ball joints all require the axles pulled. Save on labor. But you said you have 37s already. I dont know how you are doing it with factory gearing. 8th gear must not exist for it and 7th is probably rare.
  4. What’s next? Rubicon Trail Mods

Dont get spacers...get the correct wheels. Spacers are not ideal. Are you going to do anything to your D44s to handle those 37" tires? That should be what your focus should be. You are sitting on a ticking time bomb. Consider getting Better axles, balljoints, re-gearing, a c-gussets at the...
  5. Silly question - LOD rear bumper options

I have mine wired to a switch. I use them when parked at night for more rear light.
  6. Jeep Ducking (Duck Duck Jeep)

Nope! Kids are too much trouble and if she wont leave pavement that means she wont play in the mud.
  7. Jeep Ducking (Duck Duck Jeep)

A few jeep groups in my area wont shut up about it on facebook. I take my jeep out on trails every weekend and see a lot of jeeps... I've never been 'ducked'. I think it's mostly the soccer moms and pavement princesses doing this.
  8. Katzkin service

I've read similar things and I've been giving thought to just getting PRP seat covers instead.
  9. LOD Product support Fail

    Penny for your thoughts?
  10. LOD Product support Fail

I have no dog in this fight but I have ordered a few bumpers/sliders and installed quite a few more... LoD is a quality company and product. I know it sucks big time top drop a LOT of money on a product to have it show up with surface damage but with items this big and heavy it is just...
  11. Anyone had issues with wheel spacers???

I would suggest to avoid spacers completely and buy proper wheels.
  12. Arb twin compressor and spod or six switch

Depending on where you are putting your compressor you do not need to run your ground wire to the battery. Just properly ground it out to the frame. There is no need to run a wire back to the battery.
  13. Fire Extinguishers... what one to get?

yeah, I was more talking about the traditional extinguisher. The elements look pretty cool.
  14. Fire Extinguishers... what one to get?

Keep in mind these small fire extinguishers only last about 10 seconds. That is not a lot of spray.
  15. Really great Bronco features you'd like in the Wrangler

Bronco feature I'd like...a Jeep dealership service department to be competent and timely.
  16. Dealer Tire Rotation Oddness / Very Short Story

This post is exactly the same type of 'quality' service that I have come to expect from the CJDR dealers in my area. I almost stopped using my free jeep wave oil changes because they couldn't do them right. Wrong oil, too much, lose drain plug, didnt swap oil filter. It just became faster...
  17. Before you do a 5 wheel rotation...

the good news is that teh camera comes off easy and it can probably be directly ordered(I hope). I had to disconnect mine when I did my tire carrier and it's just a little thing,
  18. Clutch Recall (FCA W12 | 20V-124) on 2018-2020 JL Manuals [overheating clutch pressure plate]

If my 18 JLUR hasnt burned down by now it probably won't ever, but if FCA wants to give me a new clutch I wont bitch. I will always accept a free wearable part
  19. Recall only 48 hours after purchasing new JL

That's their problem, not yours. You have a 4WD vehicle and need a comparable loaner while yours is under repair. If they provide you a 4WD vehicle they have to expect it to be used.
  20. Brighten up your Jeep! DIY 20$ interior/exterior lighting!

That's a cool Do It Yourself Solution. Video was great but in the future take some still shots of what you are showing if you cant get get or confirm your camera is in focus.
