    honestly, that is such a terrible waste of space. You do not need thatch space for charge, especially on a PHEV. All that does is create range anxiety for people that are going to stare at it, it doesn't need to be any larger than a normal fuel gauge... that should be a speedometer.

    I think the issue is there is a different rule for passenger vehicles... it has been 100% for a long time which has made it easy. Now I believe there are limits on passenger vehicles, which his why I am defaulting to what my CPA told me, it is what it is... it will eventually fully depreciate...

    Assuming that business had 60K+ in profit, then yes you are sort of correct. I am not a CPA, and I believe 2020 has a lower than 100% first year deduction, my CPA says its 25% + 50% bonus depreciation, so its not going to be the full 22% for you in the first year.

    What is the smoke and mirrors on battery size? You realize this is pretty much standard for PHEV? FCA says the 4xe did the entire rubicon on electric mode/1 charge.

    Nothing is proprietary, it will charge using any level 2 charger with J1772 connector, which is like 95% of them, or you can just plug it into your garage outlet if you want to charge overnight.

    yes and no. If your are in HYBRID mode, you have access to all those horses and torque... if you slam on the accelerator it will use both motors and deliver your peak numbers. So yes it is there when you need it. Otherwise, it is using both motors together in the most economical ways... driving...

    375/470, happy with those numbers. 25 miles per charge is also OK, if it gets a realistic 15-20 then that is all my wife needs for commuting to work...if schools ever open up again. Now we just wait for pricing and an order sheet...
