  1. Mounting ARB Air Compressor

I think I need to make one of those air hoses that you hook all 4 tires up at the same time. Brad from trail recon made one from supplies from the local hardware store.
  2. Mounting ARB Air Compressor

Did you install a gallon air tank also or just the custom manifold? Looks super clean. Can’t wait till my bracket shows up which is supposed to be soon. What size tires do you run and how quickly does it take to re-inflate them from a low psi?(I feel like I’ve asked this question before)
  3. Mounting ARB Air Compressor

I want to say earlier in this thread there is a pick of it and it sits right under the seat. theres a back plate so the back seat people don't kick and catch the wires and it doesn't affect the leg space of the passenger seat. Other than the bracket is on back order its probably one of the safer...
  4. JL EXHAUST LOOP DELETE PIPE

I have the: MagnaFlow JL Jeep Wrangler Rock Crawler Series Cat-Back Performance Exhaust System. I have been enjoying but have been curious if Magnaflow was going to go further and have a y-pipe replacement or even have down pipes, or is aFe going to be the only one that has those? I was thinking...
  5. Will the front grill of the Gladiator fit the Wrangler front end?

So I skimmed through this article and found it interesting that both the grille inserts and the radiator fan are cross usable for bothering the JL and JT except that the JT radiator fan has the option for a 850w fan. Would that have a steeper draw on the alternator or that wouldn’t mater at all...
  6. 2018 JL wiper blades

I enjoy watching these reviews. Guess when it comes time to replace mine I’ll be getting some Bosch wipers evff Ed n though I bought rain-x for my vehicles in the past.
  7. Mounting ARB Air Compressor

That’s a good question. I have ordered the bracket myself and I’m still waiting on it but hadn’t even thought about this.
  8. Coolant Temperature

What would be the "overheating" temperature? I have installed a louver to the hood, installed a snorkel for more direct "cooler" air, but haven't noticed a dramatic temperature change. I don't have a grille insert. Only think I've done to the front end was I replaced the stock bumper with a...
  9. Confirmed: 2021 Jeep Wranglers have new improved steering gear box (from TSB 08-074-20)

I was told that you can buy it from the dealership for around $600, but that's not paying for the labor or them updating the ECM(vehicle computer) with the new steering box.
  10. Mounting ARB Air Compressor

Reason why I'm doing the underseat install. I'll just run the wiring to have the front and rear lockers switch(when I upgrade the axles) to the center console. I may just upgrade my S-Tech switch to handle the compressor then.
  11. New JL Steering Issue TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel")

Sad to say I kinda wanted that grill once upon a time but I was going to leave it black. Glad I didn’t. I was going to leave a note on the windshield of my parts guys info. That JT needs some new shoes‍. Otherwise super looking forward to the new steering box. And what’s even better my new yeti...
  12. New JL Steering Issue TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel")

Got my Jeep back after getting it checked. They ordered the parts(made sure they ordered the bolts also). Said it’ll be a couple weeks. They also said they’ll turn a blind eye to my mods(I’m guessing the after market wheels, tire size and lift). I’m just glad that the parts were ordered and the...
  13. New JL Steering Issue TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel")

My question would be if this steering box is coming standard in jeeps now, why not recall? Is it possibly going to take some large accidents to trace back to the steering box being the cause, or would it be swept under the rug? Makes me want to see if there are any accidents in the past year due...

  15. New JL Steering Issue TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel")

Lol, they said it’ll take all day when I was just trying to set up the appointment. I would’ve understood that they have several previous appointments and that my Jeep may have to sit and wait but they said it’ll take all day. @JeepCares I’ve documented this already but be ready for my dealer...
  16. New JL Steering Issue TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel")

Thus if you call to say you have loose/wandering steering then that should be it, and no need to have the Jeep all day like they want to do with my Jeep tomorrow. I’ll update @JeepCares with the service they provide and the “amount of wandering they think there should be“.
  17. Mounting ARB Air Compressor

Dam that looks awesome! I may have to look back to your post to do something similar.
  18. New JL Steering Issue TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel")

Bet my dealer would stretch that to 3-4 hrs if not “all day”. I’ll see Monday if my steering has play in it. Have a feeling they’ll say there is the amount of play/looseness in the steering that there is supposed to be to their standards.
  19. New JL Steering Issue TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel")

That’s why I’m documenting my customer service from them. We have two other Jeep locations out here on Oahu, Hawaii, so hopefully I don’t have much more issues other than the over the phone setting up the appointment issues. Monday my Jeep goes in.
  20. New JL Steering Issue TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel")

I had to schedule an appointment for them to “check” my steering. I also contacted Jeep to document both my steering problem and how the dealership service department was telling me “there should be some play in the steering”. I’d suggest setting up the appointment and contacting @JeepCares and...
