I scaled the new mules to the 2017 JK's last night.
I can 100% confirm that the axle track is wider on the JL's.
I also noticed that the rear windshield wiper has been relocated to the bottom of the window, partially hidden by the tire.
Is it me or does the axle track seem wider on the JL?
The spare tire appears to have been lowered for improved rear visibility.
The trunk handle is now inline with the rear lights.

I think what we are looking at on the mules is just placeholder parts.
The plastic on these mules has to be placeholders because right now these Jeep's look like Fisher Price toys.
