  1. Bubbles in Paint at Door Hinges

The bubbles are not JUST at the hinges. I have two spots on the door panels near the bottom.. My dealer is not taking any paint problems at this time as they are not getting paid for work done on previous work done. Some Im in limbo. It also seems like maybe there is metal dust from the...
  2. Bubbles in Paint at Door Hinges

I've had hinge bubbling, but also door panels are bubbling not anywhere close to any hinge. I suspect that aluminum panels are pressed in steel forms or molds and the metal dust/wear is staying on the panel before painting. This is likely causing the chemical reaction causing the de-bonding of...
  3. Bronco features you would like Jeep to incorporate into Wrangler during JL's mid-cycle redesign

I hope the paint to stick and not bubble... Second time to the dealer to get more bubbles fixed. Windows auto down great, now add auto up. More adjustment for the seats. I'm short, can only guess taller folks need more adjustment. I would like a little more. Also the level to adjust up and down...

  5. Bubbles in Paint at Door Hinges

I just got mine back after the repair on the door panel bottom edge and one hinge. The color match was not a problem at all. Mine looks good as new. Although some may have a unlike metal cause, mine was a poorly prepared surface and paint adhesion problem. I suspect this problem will come...

  11. Bubbles in Paint at Door Hinges

My corrosion is on the door panel and not near a hinge. Im thinking as stated before it is being caused from the metal not being prepared before paint. Not just under the hinges.
  12. JL corrosion

It's not just around the door hinges... I have it on the bottom of the door
  13. “Service Axle Locker System” Light On

I agree with that choice. I love my Rubicon, but between the paint bubbling on the doors, locker system fail, steering stabilizer, turbo jet fan, and no real fixes so far, Im a little sour right now.
  14. “Service Axle Locker System” Light On

  17. Bubbles in Paint at Door Hinges

I have a 2019 Mojito and four of the eight door hinges are showing signs of bubbling and found the bottom of the drivers door bottom is real bad. I have 15k miles and Im in Colorado where we are having some of the worst drought conditions on record.
