  1. Rear bumpers without backup sensor issues

In the end I actually settled on LoD’s bumper and I’m super happy with it. Jeep is basically wrapped in LoD bumpers and sliders now.
  2. Jeep Wrangler JL Sequential LED DRL & Turn Signals - Morimoto XB LED

Can confirm! Had a shop install mine yesterday (among a few other things). They hadn’t seen them before and were gushing over them. They look great.
  3. What side steps / rock rails to add to JL Wrangler?

Looks great. I’ll be installing these in a couple weeks. What did you use to cover the pinch seams?
  4. Jeep Wrangler JL Sequential LED DRL & Turn Signals - Morimoto XB LED

I’ll probably be installing mid-month. I’ll report back here on results if someone else doesn’t get to it before me,
  5. LoD Signature vs Destroyer sliders

Thanks for the feedback, everyone! Looks like I can’t go wrong, either way.
  6. Jeep Wrangler JL Sequential LED DRL & Turn Signals - Morimoto XB LED

Does anyone know if Morimoto ever fixed the hyper flash issue? Their website did have a notice up until recently stating they were updating the circuitry to make them true plug and play and now that notice is gone. UPDATE: I messaged the company for an update and they told me that they updated...
  7. What’s right for me? Overwhelmed by auxiliary lighting options.

There are so many lighting options out there, I don’t know where to begin. Hoping you smart people can help me choose the right lights for my needs. I’m currently running the Oracle Oculus headlights on my JLUR, which I love, and no extra lights on bumper, A-pillar or light-bar. However, I am...
  8. LoD Signature vs Destroyer sliders

I’m looking to add some stout sliders to my JLUR that have a functional step. I’m pretty happy with my LoD front bumper, so I’m fairly certain I’ll be going with one of their options, either the Signature or Destroyer sliders. For those of you who’ve seen them in person or have them, which...
  9. Quadratec Stealth lightbar?

Never mind. Found an old thread.
  10. Quadratec Stealth lightbar?

Anyone have any experience with the Quadratec Stealth light bar that mounts to the interior windshield? Is it actually functional? I like the idea of not having an exterior light bar and it has the option to switch between amber and white light, but I wonder about brightness and glare shining...
  11. What bumper is this?

    Rugged Ridge Arcus https://ruggedridge.com/arcus-front-bumper-w-winch-tray-tow-hooks-18-19-jeep-jl-jt.html
  12. Plastic rubicon bumper with skid plate on sport

Interesting. My 2018 JLUR plastic bumper came with a plastic air dam, not a metal skid.
  13. Any LED DRL that don't need a flash?

Great feedback. Thanks! Is AAL American Adventure Lab? I didn’t realize they had the circuitry to fix the problem. That’s good to know. I was hoping Quake fixed the issue for you, but I guess I will go back to looking at the Morimotos. Their website says they are on back order while they are...
  14. Any LED DRL that don't need a flash?

I really like the looks of these. Any resolution from Quake in the fitment issue? Thoughts after a month of use?
  15. The Aftermarket Bumper List (JL / JLU Wrangler)

The more I researched the sensors, the less I wanted to get into the install myself. I’m at novice at wrenching, so I got some help, but the guys said no issues. Worst part was getting the sensors out of the stock plastic bumper. There’s a good write up on that here if you’re also going from the...
  16. The Aftermarket Bumper List (JL / JLU Wrangler)

I took a gamble and went with it, too. Installed last week and so far very happy with it. When I was looking at bumpers, I emailed Rage 4th through their website with questions about the sensor compatibility. Jason responded immediately (on a weekend!) and was able to answer all of my questions.
  17. Installed Tyger rear bumper - heck of a nice bumper for $319 also compatible with back up sensors

Thanks for all of this great information! So you were able to use the single piece as-is from the plastic bumper in the new bumper, as opposed to the type that comes in the steel bumper?
  18. Installed Tyger rear bumper - heck of a nice bumper for $319 also compatible with back up sensors

Can you share what you learned about getting the sensors out of the plastic bumper? I’m about to go through the same pain and I’m a little nervous about it.
  19. Rear bumpers without backup sensor issues

Oh, really? I wonder if it’s just their tire carrier option, then. I will have to dig into this. You happy with the bumper so far?
  20. Rear bumpers without backup sensor issues

False triggers. I think more specifically with larger tires. Thanks for the suggestion!
