  1. New Raptor Load Range C 37s?

D-range fits perfectly on stock wheels and no lift (about 20k miles on a Rubicon no lift, 1.5" wheel spacer. I haven't tried them without the spacers). I would take a wild guess and assume these C-range would fit too.
  2. Ultimate no-lift goal

After totaling a vehicle in an off-road rollover, I personally made the choice to sacrifice and scrape the crap out of my frame and skids in the interest of preserving every degree of side-hill capability.
  3. New Raptor Load Range C 37s?

Fascinating observations. I'm going to have to measure my D range KO2s, at least on tread width since they have about 20k miles on them now. They were super squirrley at 30+ psi but flattened out nicely and seem to handle avoidance maneuvers just fine at 26-28 psi
  4. Question of the rpm for manual transmission

Old thread, but a Centerforce heavy flywheel transforms the engine from gutless down low to torquey. You can let out the clutch at low rpm without it bogging and making unhappy vibrations. The motor still doesn't make any real hp till about 4000+ rpm, but it will feel like an old 4.0 TJ around...
  5. Anyone running 37s on stock Rubicon wheels?

I'm a sucker for the looks of our stock wheels. I'm going to have to change wheels when I go to 15.5" wide Swamper SSRs, but nothing I see in the aftermarket makes me as happy as what I already have
  6. MOPAR Tailgate Reinforcement Bracket - Accessories?

I'll be honest, I can't remember. I thought it was a cheap one from Extreme terrain, but I browsed their site and can't seem to find it. Sorry!
  7. Centerforce Clutch Installed on JL Rubicon

I'm running a 3rd generation disc and pressure plate designed to accommodate sloppy transmission/motor alignment from the factory. It did not have a part number as it has not been fully released for sale just yet as I understand.
  8. Centerforce Clutch Installed on JL Rubicon

It's genius really. The cost to redesign the weak component and recall every manual JL/Gladiator built would have been painful. This software "fix" simply saves the clutch from turning into a gooey mess and/or the pressure plate turning to shrapnel when the clutch assembly fails, which was going...
  9. Centerforce Clutch Installed on JL Rubicon

You may be able to alleviate much of this by purging the clutch hydraulics. What seems to be the only way to accomplish this is to remove the slave cylinder from the transmission, carefully push the plunger straight in all the way several times to force the fluid (and air) back up to the...
  10. Centerforce Clutch Installed on JL Rubicon

I have the dual friction in my 2018. Somewhere around 25,000 miles on it. I relate and agree with much of what you have said. The heavier flywheel is worth it's weight in gold. Our gutless 3.6 now chugs like a diesel down low and you can almost let the clutch out and walk straight up a wall...
  11. Revealed: Custom SEMA 2021 Jeeps - 4xe concept, Overlook 3-row concept, Kaiser M725 concept

I didn't think the J6 concept could be improved upon. Looks like I was wrong 🤣👍👍
  12. Revealed: Custom SEMA 2021 Jeeps - 4xe concept, Overlook 3-row concept, Kaiser M725 concept

Apparently not even the skunk-works division can get their hands on them 🤣
  13. Revealed: Custom SEMA 2021 Jeeps - 4xe concept, Overlook 3-row concept, Kaiser M725 concept

Yeah, my kids can climb. And please do share a 3-row vehicle with "on-par" off-road ability
  14. While the A/C is on, The Jeep randomly blows HOT air from the floor vents for 3-5 mins then stops

Set your air to recirculate, drop glove box, disconnect motor to the air intake door. You still get hot and cold control, you just prevent it from opening to outside air which you wouldn't want anyway. Did it two years ago and probably ranks among my very top mods
  15. Spare Tire Delete

I've found that a big can of expanding fix-a-flat can remedy all sorts of situations. That being said, I always care a spare anyway because I hate the feeling of being helpless in a situation. Like MacGyver without a set of shoelaces and a pocketknife...
  16. Anyone running 37s on stock Rubicon wheels?

I run 26-ish psi on street with my 37" KO2s no problem and 14 on the trail without issue. But I wheel with a wife and 3 kids so I'm driving conservatively and definitely not using excess throttle
