had the same issue and more. initially intermittent stability control warning - dealer replaced fuses, and the vacuum pump.
A few days later the same stability control warning showed up, later it switched to "service 4wd system". Took it back to the dealer. They claim - based on the error code...
I had two sets of wheels/tires, one with Nittos, one with this Yokohama. I realized that I will not swap every winter, will just keep the Nittos (good in snow). Got tired of storing these - it takes a ton of room in the garage. Sold the wheels already.
Set of 5 LT35X12.5R18 YOKOHAMA GEOLANDAR M/T G003 E tires for sale for $800 OBO.
Used for less than a year (~6k miles) - excellent condition, the 5th (spare) tire is practically new.
New price for these tires are ~$330/each.
and you would lose that bet.

But don't kid yourself - in slippery surfaces on the highway independent suspension with full time 4wd/open diff with electronic aids are far superior to what the wrangler has.
I have an 2013 LR4 (V8) and a 2018 JLU Rubicon (2.0). I have off road tires on both (31" on the LR4, 35" on the JLU), I off roaded them both. Looks like the new defender is going to be very similar to the LR4 in setup/size/capabilities. Anyhow this is my long term rundown on the LR4 vs JLU:
I had exactly the same issue when I bought my JLU rubicon 2.0 last year. High pressure gas discharge sound under full throttle. Dealership said a clamp was missing from the turbo pluming. Looks like a common problem.
2018 Wrangler Rubicon JLU, 5k miles.
I started to notice annoying rattle under the dash when I go over bumps, it's pretty loud.
Found the issue: the brake pedal has a play and can bounce off the cylinder when not pressed.
Looks like people had the same issue on the JKs.

BTW - anybody remember "FlexFuel" or E85 ethanol?
The only reason they sold FlexFuel vehicles to help raise the calculated corporate fuel economy numbers.

Please google co2 emission per capital by country. US/Canada/Australia are double compared to most European countries or China. And 10X compared to India.
Back to ESS.
I end up turning it off because my commute is a lot of stop-and-go traffic where it turns the engine off sub-second hundreds...
