  1. Factory Warranty after lift

They're definitely not going to cover ball joints under warranty if you're running 37s.
  2. Dana M210 front axle understanding

I'm assuming that's a typo. There was no way to order the Sahara with a 210 front axle in 2019. There are also 2 different widths for the 220 and only one width (wider for the Rubicon) available for the 210. I'd wait and see if you can get some part numbers before ordering anything.
  3. What differential oil to use when regear from stock 4.10s to Yukon 5.13s ?

Just running it in 4H on a stretch of straight highway. Even subtle curves are fine. Don't overthink it.
  4. Drag Link boot issue?

How much bump extension does it require to keep from hitting the frame?
  5. JL Rubicon Regear Costs

5.13s with 37s and the manual here. Highly recommend.
  6. JL Rubicon Regear Costs

Don’t let 4WheelParts touch your rig.
  7. Would you get the the rock-trac t-case for your rubicon if you could do it all over again?

Driving fast in inclement weather in a top-heavy rig is just plain stupid. Your fancy auto 4wd doesn’t stop any better, in fact it’s much worse. I’d much rather drive my Honda Civic in ice/snow than my wrangler. To each his own I suppose.
  8. Would you get the the rock-trac t-case for your rubicon if you could do it all over again?

Lol, yes I declined the LSD, because it is hot garbage. No I didn’t decline the manual transmission, because replacing a clutch is not the same thing as having a wear item inside the transfer case.
  9. Why does the JL have the steering stabilizer under the tie rod?

I used the Metalcloak axle side bracket. I think I had to make one of the holes slightly bigger.
  10. Why does the JL have the steering stabilizer under the tie rod?

You don’t want to order the JL version because it comes with the wrong axle bracketry. You can get the JK version with options for 3 different size tie rod clamps.
  11. How do I get the front axle LCA bolts out?

More push-ups. Seriously though, jack the vehicle up and get it on jack stands. That’ll give you more room to work as well as get the load off the bolts (may have to jack a tie up to reduce the load completely). Don’t use a floor jack on a breaker bar, that’s a recipe for disaster. Ok and my...
  12. Would you get the the rock-trac t-case for your rubicon if you could do it all over again?

The point is that you are adding a wear item to the inside of the TC. How fast that wear item fails is yet to be determined.
  13. Would you get the the rock-trac t-case for your rubicon if you could do it all over again?

No I'm sure it will be fine for most users, but for the type of wheeling I do I need the most robust hard parts that I can get.
  14. Would you get the the rock-trac t-case for your rubicon if you could do it all over again?

I’d argue that a clutch-based system will never be as strong as a gear/chain-driven system, so while it doesn’t necessarily take away capability it does in fact fall short on strength and durability.
  15. No reverse lights or camera after changing gears on manual JLUS

The gear isn't shown for manual transmissions.
  16. Anyone Replace OEM Rubicon E-Lockers for ARB Air Lockers?

Have you potted your locker sensors? That's likely the cause of slow engagement.
  17. 2021 JL Steering - not a good thing

Yet he paid someone to replace his steering.
  18. Gear whine on coasting after regear to 4.88s. Shop is claiming its a "driver comfort issue" and that it's normal. This can't be normal.

Wow, what a nightmare. This is exactly why I bought a press and did the job myself.
  19. Performance impact of 35s with Rubicon 4.10 gears

Calculators only tell part of the story. Rolling mass plays a huge part as well as drag.
  20. Reminder to always check a shop's work if possible

I took my time over a week and a half but could have probably easily done it in 2 full days. I have an extra rig and a motorcycle so wasn’t in a hurry. It really wasn’t that bad.
