  6. Automatic Sky One Touch

Just to throw in one more positive report......no issues with squeaking and I've used mine constantly (opening and closing almost daily) for nearly two years. Like a sunroof, I check the tracks when I'm detailing to make sure they remain free of any leaves or junk. Other than that, nothing else...
  7. Automatic Sky One Touch

That's right. I'm running 35's now with no lift. I am looking at lifts and that will likely be the next evolution on the build either a 2.5 or 3.5in.
  10. Automatic Sky One Touch

Went with the one-touch top for the same reasons....not having a lot of space to store a hard top and wanting to be able to open the top at the touch of a button to react to the ever changing sunny/rainy weather here in Hawaii. Love it and wouldn't change a thing.

  14. Want to hear from Tube Door owners

Ive learned that the doors require regular adjustment and maintenance. One of the front door latches stopped working. I removed the cover and found the internal hardware was loose. I tighten the screws and aligned the release mechanism so the it would properly engage. I think the hardware...
  15. Rigid cowl mount, anyone have an opinion or experience?

I'll try to get out for night pictures, but you're right about some light not hitting the road, especially close range because of the hood length. But, mine do a good job and meet my needs. You might get a wider range by varying your light pods (couple spots and a couple wide angle). On my set...
  16. Rigid cowl mount, anyone have an opinion or experience?

I recently installed the Rigid Cowl mount with Rigid D series pods. Overall, I like them. I think the contour matches well with the Jeep cowl and it's a clean look. Here's a bit of info that might help you. The Good: - Mount allow for easy adjustment of our light placement (before you install...
  17. Rugged Ridge JL Tube Doors Installed! *PIC*

So far, I’ve only tried their help ticket system, but I’m going to call their service number tomorrow and try that. Hopefully they will assist. No, won’t have to replace the entire door, just the two hinges. The hinges are bolt on, allowing for adjustment. That’s a good feature on these doors...
