  1. Looks Like Ford Bronco is Serious About Taking on the Wrangler

I find it ironically funny reading all the posts about IFS vs solid axle, because I keep thinking about the Mustang and how it was the exact opposite. For years (ok, decades) Ford pushed the Mustang chassis with a solid rear axle and tried competing against cars with independent rear suspension...
  2. Design a Jeep Easter Egg Contest and Win a Jeep

Sneaking a manual transmission onto the diesel would be my ultimate easter egg.
  3. Post pics of your MUSCLE cars!

My daily driver with only 213K miles. Once I get my Wrangler, that will take over the daily driver role. The GTO has a nice street cam from Cartek (224 intake, 228 exhaust on a 590 lift), 1 3/4" long tube Kooks headers through high flow converters out the stock cat-back. Poly bushings most...
  4. Freedom panels sticker bomb

The next owner can always install the Mopar Hardtop Headliner kit ;) I would second the vinyl cover. I don't think clear coat would do much to prevent the stickers from peeling. If they are going to peel, it will be because of the sun cooking the top side.

  6. Colors missing from build tool

This is sad because I've been in the market for a JL and just missed ordering an Ocean Blue by a week and a half :( On the upside, my wife is encouraging me pick a base color and get it repainted once we take delivery. I'm thinking hydro blue now...
  7. Which to buy, new JL or used JK - suspension concern

Thank you everyone for your input. I have to admit & agree with what's been stated: the JL does have a lot of other improvements that seem to make it an overall more complete package. Generally I prefer tactile knobs and buttons to touchscreen, but I may just have to put that aside and get with...
  8. Which to buy, new JL or used JK - suspension concern

Hi all, I have been debating back and forth on what to buy as the title suggests: a new JL Willys or 2016 Backcountry. Every review I've read or watched says how much nicer the on road handling is on the new JL compared to the previous gen. I'm wondering how a modified JK suspension would stack...
