I have no experience with PSC but if you are too the point of replacing three box you might want to try and reduce the play with the adjustment screw/bolt.

I took mine in to replace the steering dampener under the recall (was busted too, I must have damaged it on a trail at some point).
Right now I am pleased with how the steering is.
Is far more rigid, does not shake/"wabble"/oscillate anymore and seems like the play is reduced as well.
Lol...mine broke a week after I got the Jeep, a year ago...is still hanging there.
The dealer ordered a window, took them two months to get. Funny enough, they called while I was out of the country for two weeks (I couldn't get VM) and they send the parts back
I will check in with them again.
I installed my rock sliders before there was a thread about it (or found out shortly after).
I used a breaker bar, slowly working them back and forward and when I installed the new bolts I filled them with grease.
Not sure if the grease helped or not but was definitely a workout to get them...
