  1. Toyota FT-AC Concept Off-Roader teased

Looks like Toyota is showing a new "off-road" concept at LA show called the FT-AC. Hopefully it's not as much of a joke as the FT-4X they showed at the NY Show earlier this year. from Autoblog
  2. Ford files patent for autonomous off-road system

Interesting.... doesn't sound like a fully autonomous driving system but autonomous active suspension control. http://www.autonews.com/article/20171115/MOBILITY/171119836/ford-autonomous-offroad-patent-technology?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter Ford seeks patent on system for autonomous...
  3. Thank you God for the Jeep Wrangler

I'm sure some years down the line we'll also see an all electric Wrangler :surprised: Bollinger, a new startup, has theirs on the way. It'll be interesting to see how well it's received.
  4. JL Wrangler easter egg: grille design on hood-windshield vents

Good eye man. Love little details like this!!
  5. What color do you want for your JL/JLU/JT?

Sarge Green... now there's a cool color name. Great shade too. Give us a green FCA!
  6. JL JLU Wrangler Weight, Tow Capacity, Max Payload Specs

6500 lbs towing capacity is a great # for the Pickup! And I'm sure by no accident it just happens to beat the Tacoma with V6 tow package by 100 lbs :rock:
  7. Spied: Wrangler 2-Door JL Rubicon Soft Top and Export JL Sport Hard Top

No evidence of zippers contributes to that theory.
  8. Will the JL feature a greater Payload Capacity?

Even 4,000 lbs towing capacity would beat the standard base towing capacities of Tacoma and Colorado :like: What I'd really like is if they gave us a standard 4,000 lbs tow capacity and then an optional tow package. Tacoma's tow package bumps up its tow capacity to 6,800 pounds. :surprised:
  9. New JL wheel spotted?

Hard to tell from the pic. But so far I think the prototypes brakes haven't seemed larger?
  10. First 2019 Jeep Gladiator Pickup (JT Wrangler) Video! Testing With Crew Chief Concept

Yessss can't wait!! So much potential just look at it next to the awesome Crew Chief. Similar shape, proportions and size. Just needs some big fat tires. And please give us a dark green color like that! Has Jeep ever offered a factory matte or satin color?
  11. Wrangler JL Diesel High Altitude testing sighting

Thanks for sharing. Hung on your every word. Diesel JT is going to be beast!! :muscle:
  12. JT Nameplate

@Vegas_Sirk agreed the Crew Chief name sounds imposing and authoritative :)
  13. Some good news for JL Wrangler diesel!

Even if it doesn't come until late 2019 (I hope for sooner tho), it's better later than never for a diesel Wrangler (finally). It was really looking iffy for any diesel FCA car for a few months until EPA gave go ahead for diesel RAM and GC sales again.
  14. 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL Hits Dealer System - 1st Official Look @ Engines, Options, Packages, Features!

Welcome to the site. Have you seen these images? Basically exterior and interior revealed already. I'm sure the base models will look slightly different but the basic styling and changes is all here. :involve...
  15. Wrangler pickup caught testing?

Uh that's just a JLU, same as dozens already photographed. It seems they are desperately trying to turn yet another prototype sighting into a story. There's just no logical reason for them to go through all that deception when there are already JT mules running around. Plus it's very obvious...
  16. 2018 Wrangler info from FCA dealers meeting (diesel, colors, debut, power sliding top, etc.)

Darn, no talk of the JT pickup model :( Even though the JL official public debut is gonna be the LA show, I wouldn't be surprised if we saw an online reveal before that, or maybe an invite only launch event in LA right before the show debut.
  17. 2018 Wrangler info from FCA dealers meeting (diesel, colors, debut, power sliding top, etc.)

Great to hear the diesel is a go, as long as EPA approves of the ecodiesel fixes and sounds like it will arrive just in time for the JT pickup! Glad to see Baja Yellow come back.
  18. JT Nameplate

Gladiator sounds so much cooler than Scambler though
  19. Latest JT pickup pics

Surprised these haven't been posted yet. U can see it's still JK interior but probably the best look yet of the grill, suspension, and spare tire mount. Wearing Falken Wildpeak A/T tires. I think the other mules were wearing Goodyears.
