I spayed a little self-etching primer, then two coats of semi-gloss rattle can (Rustoleum probably?) I masked very carefully, so I was only painting the newly exposed metal. It's nearly impossible to tell mine was cut.

To clarify, I wave at all Wranglers as well as any other vehicle that looks like it gets wheeled. As far as the wave being a part of a "community", I feel as if I have more in common with anyone who wheels their rig (regardless of make/model) than a Wrangler owner who doesn't.
I ripped off (and broke beyond repair) my passenger, rear, textured black Rubicon fender flare. I can't figure out which part # to order. I can't distinguish the part numbers between the black and the paintable? Anybody know?
