For those wishing they had proximity locks I say go for it - the parts are relatively inexpensive and the install isn’t overly complicated. Personally I only did my drivers door. If you are near south Jersey and need help lmk.

Draw tite hitch with Thule t2 rack. No extension needed since the dt is extended slightly already but I cannot access the back door fully. I use this rack on my pickup also a didn’t want to have 2 different ones.
Nice find and good explanation. I'm considering what I want to do once I lift my JLR 2.5". I won't be rock crawling and want to maintain or improve road handling. With such a short wheelbase any geometry change is amplified. I think drop brackets are something I should use.
Curious if anyone has any tips on what I could do in advance of off-roading to make it easier to remove mud from the undercarriage. I'm a little particular (OCD) when it comes to keeping the undercarriage clean.
My son and I each ordered our JLR 6MT on 11/9 and it arrived at the dealer Monday 12/21. I won’t be able to pick it up until after Christmas though partially because my salesperson is on vacation and my work schedule. Won’t be long now but he teased me with a video.
