A good way to score an under-invoice price may be to check with the huge volume dealers who typically sell for under invoice. Koons in VA comes to mind. The largest volume dealers will also get the largest initial shipments of JL/JLU so they'll be more likely to deal.
Yea there's LED lights on the front of the fenders now.
There's plenty of spy pics of it on the homepage (which you should check out for the most important news so far), including this recent shot.
Pics are originally from this thread...
It sounds like the Bronco design/plans are not fully locked in yet if they are waiting on the JL. Will it be 2 and 4 door models? If you have an ear to anyone at Ford tell them the world wants a true Wrangler alternative and not just a tough looking Explorer.
They did a great job tucking the spare up as high as possible underneath the truck. One of the concerns with an undercarriage spare mount was that it would hang too low and kill departure angle. Not the case here. :like:
Nice little new features like this added together should make the car more appealing for potential upgrade by JK owners.
Never tried but have considered installing a CB. If all I had to do was buy a CB radio unit, attach antenna and plug in the radio, I might have done it already just for...
Camouflage definitely does its job when it comes to hiding body lines. Only after seeing the leaked images do I spot that new body line underneath the windows on the prototypes.
You can see it in this one for example
With only a month to go before Easter Safari the debut won't be there since an announcement would have come already. It would have been a great debut venue but probably not the easiest to host the automotive press and to get them out there.
The main sticky'd info thread says JL press launch...
Yea should be about that time frame.
I wonder if it'll be full bore production from the beginning or will they scale up. If it's a gradual ramp up I could see the first few at each dealerships being hot ticket items ripe for dealer gouging :(
