Correct comment would be " get 'em IF you can ", dealers are taking orders without allocations, canceling orders, FCA has no clue status of orders. If you have an honest dealer, you may have a chance. Good luck!
Don't get too excited, I got the same identical email today, with the exception of the build dates. I called 877-426-5337 and complained about lack of communication from my dealer and Jeep Chat. Alex told me he would start this process ( with Jeff ). Good luck to all BX's.
No problem to install without jack stands, just pulled mine back off and reinstalled the original. Not happy with the sound and gas mileage went down with the magnaflow. I'd make you a deal in it if you were close.
Just placed my 392 order today. I thought with slow production and none delivered yet, mine might roll to a 2022. Who knows? Anyway, my dealer discounted it $3k to finish his allotment. I will continue to enjoy my trade-in, a '20 Rubicon Recon.
Had my '20 Recon, 2.0 0ne year this month. The dealer filled it with 87 octane when I left and I've run it ever since. It now has 4,700 miles and last week a round trip to the Smoky Mtn. avg 26.3 mpg. I have never been a fan of 4 cyl but the 2.0 is a game changer, IMO.
After reading all the comments, here's my 2 cents. I traded my '18 Rubi 3.6 for a '20 Recon Rubi 2.0. I added Borla exhaust and S&B cold air. Zero lag on regular fuel, last 300 mile trip 28.3 mpg. Also much quicker than the 3.6, needless to say I have no complaints about lag or the 2.0.
I just installed the Borla Atak on my 2.0 Rubicon. First of all it sounds nothing like the sound clips on the Borla site. Start up has an annoying rattle, like a loose baffle, it gets a little quieter as it heats up but never goes away. Honestly, it sounds close to "clunker" status. Maybe I got...
