  2. The Tire Carrier Thread

Motobilts carrier keeps it as close to the tailgate as possible. I hate it when I see a tire carrier that has the wheel and tire hanging off the back with so much space between it and the tailgate.
  3. Backing Into Parking Spots: The Debate

I have driven many lowered sports cars so backing into the parking space is a must when there is a concrete curb there because the back end is usually higher so there is no chance of scraping like there is of the front bumper or lip. On the Jeep though I can do both, but I guess it depends on...

wish you were local, Shipping is such a hassle and probably isn't going to be cheap to do, but if it helps a fellow Jeeper out and you are willing to pay for me to ship all of this, then yes. I would need to track down a few boxes to put this all in if you are serious about it.

  12. Snorkels for the EcoDiesel

from just looking at the river raider and pics of the rugged ridge, I bet you could use it up to the right side and then modify the rugged ridge to use the rest of the way up past the cowling to get the snorkel up higher. Obviously you would have to purchase both but I bet it wouldn't be too...

WOW! Well that sucks man sorry to see that. But my first JL Rubicon had 40k miles on it and the seats still looked new when I sold it. My 20 Rubi has 21K miles now and they still look new. 15. Anyone take the T50 door bolts out and leave them out?

Every jeep I have owned I have removed them or the nuts when I removed the doors and never put them back on. Never had any issue with rust from salt in many years driving like that, but I do maintain all my jeeps. Unfortunetly, locks are not going to keep any one who wants those tube doors from...

Tried to add them to the cart but it will not let you add them to the cart because not enough in stock. crazy good deal though. I wonder if Discount Tire will match the price. I know they usually can beat the price anytime I have asked them to match But this is already a killer deal.
  18. Rear storage option for JLU

I have the slipstream and have no rattles. Every once in awhile I may hear a pin slide back and forth when turning a corner at a higher speed but really I’m surprised that it doesn’t rattle more while driving down the road.

I haven’t used anything to cover the gap either.
  20. Steering wheel no longer centered

So if your wheel is off center, pull the Jeep straight into your work area so the tires are straight. Mark the center of your steering wheel by wrapping a piece of painters tape around the center of the wheel. you will then loosen the drag link adjustment collar/sleeve. Once the bolt is loose...
