Speaking with anybody at Jeep(doesn't)Care says that won't update on weekends, holidays, when the Moon is full, Mercury is in retrograde...etc etc. I think they throw a dart at a board for the status, then spin a wheel to tell you when to expect something.

Between emailing reps and execs, I’ve also politely added my comments to their social media. They’ve all but told me “we apologize for your frustration… but sit down, shut up, and wait like everybody else”
