Definitely check & use the rot/mile rather than the published diameter for a more accurate size comparison. BFG'S published values are optimistic at best.
Is it just the viewing angle, or is it truly ~ 1/8" clearance between shock and spring?
Also, if you don't mind my asking, how much did the dealership charge for your install? I just ordered this kit and was quoted 8-10 hours of labor which seemed a bit much.
I was being a bit flippant when I mentioned the 39" KO2, but I checked the details this morning. Using BFG'S 540 rev's/mile their 39 is actually 37.3" in diameter. At 69.5 Lbs, its also one of the lighter 37's around.
Wow. Looks like these "37's" should really be called 35's. That's probably the secret to their light weight.
I was going to buy a set this week. Now I'm going to have to reevaluate my tire choice. Maybe go with their 39x13.5x17?
Your power consumption seems excessive to me. Were you using your heater or air conditioner?
I live about 1.5 miles from work. On a couple of my drives home (yah, I should walk, but I have a new 4xe & I charge for free at work), I've burned up ~15% of my battery. Max speed was only 40mph, but I...
With 350 miles on the odometer, I drove some simple forest roads (reportedly blocked by snow) to access Teanaway Peak. Carrying 4 climbers, our overnight packs, and climbing gear, I am pleased with my choice of vehicle platform.
What I find interesting is that it's available ONLY for the 2 door Sport. If they expected a large demand for the color, it would appear across all models. Maybe this color will be the basis for a special package or marketing program.
Updated spreadsheet on pg 1. Last month's here for reference.
Overall pricing remains constant. However, 2.0L & 3.6L w/etorque engines now $1k cheaper with $1k more expensive auto transmissions.

No, all measurements were taken to the center of the exterior edge of the fender...as best I could with a tape measure acting as a plumb bob.
I was surprised to see the right to left difference on the front tires. That's why I turned the Jeep around & measured again. The entire parking lot at...
These were not easy to measure without a plumb bob & right angle. Did my best using a tape measure as the plumb bob & my phone as a straight edge. I didn't run a full gage r&r (certain my repeatability is bad), but I'm probably +/- 1/8".
I had a very similar experience with delivery dates. It kept getting delayed without a legitimate cause or explanation. Eventually, though, mine arrived albeit later than the last estimated date. It really seems like the delays are out of Jeep's or the dealership's control. All they can do is...
TL;DR: 25 weeks order to delivery. Many delays, but glad to have it.
I want to finish off my delivery related posts in this thread. I picked up my Rubi on Thursday evening. @PaulwithJeep kept to our early (Dec) agreed upon price: Invoice -1%. Demand is very high, and supply quite low, locally...
