  1. What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

You know, I always thought you were just supposed to cut a slit in the marked areas around the perimeter and just slide the D-rings/hoops through so you could access them. Otherwise, I feel like it defeats the purpose of protection since you just created 8 potential giant gaping holes for crud...

Very interested as well. Please keep us updated when you get them.
  3. What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

At first glance, I thought that was road salt that had splashed onto your vehicle from highway driving until I saw it was ice on the last picture. Did you drive through the perfect storm? Jebus. Also, nice Vault Boy bobblehead

I too am jelly. Have fun and be safe!
  8. Picking up my 2019 JL Rubicon right now!

Probably got a way better deal there than anything local. Few people have been doing it to save anywhere between 3%-8% off.
  9. Vehicle insurance when modified

Honestly, this is probably the best advice here. At the end of the day, when it comes down to it whatever is written on the paperwork you sign is what you agree to, not whatever an agent tells you over the phone. And while I'm sure you can argue it if you want, it's going to be an uphill battle...
  10. Vehicle insurance when modified

As many have pointed out, it depends on the location, company, and probably the agent you get. When I spoke to my agent about coverage for my WJ, I asked about aftermarket pieces since I do have quite a bit of money invested into it. He told me to keep a thorough record of all the parts...
  11. New front bumper. Covered in Rust. Doesn't fit either.

You recieved a show floor piece. Those pieces are usually extra maticulously chosen, transported, and installed so that they are pristine by the time they get to the event. It's unrealistic to compare it to the pieces you'd buy from stores or have shipped to customers. It'd be shitty advertising...
  12. What did you do WITH your Jeep today.

It's a great spot actually. I was going to go with one that attached to the D-Ring. Good idea. Thanks for the reply.
  13. What did you do WITH your Jeep today.

How did you mount your front license plate if you don't mind me asking?
  14. What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

If I'm not mistaken, I believe those are reflectors that come standard with the bumper. Not sure what configuration per se.
  15. Are LED headlights worth $900?

The keyword is retrofit. What you're describing is when people just buy LED or HID bulbs and pop them into the stock halogen to "upgrade" their lighting. People see that they're brighter and attribute that to automatically being able to see better. This usually brings about a slew of problems...
  16. What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

Two questions: What are those tiny lights on the side of your A-pillar light mounts and are those permanent seat covers or more like towel material say if you go to the beach or become dirty for any other reason?
