  1. Magnuson Supercharger available $6495

I hope you have better prices than Prodigy. https://prodigyperformance.com/products/prodigy-pistons-36l-jeep-wrangler/ https://prodigyperformance.com/products/prodigy-carillo-custom-rod-set-for-36l-6/ just for reference...
  2. Magnuson Supercharger available $6495

The next thing someone can into great detail on when it comes to these superchargers setups is how the exhaust is way to small and some needs to come out with a real exhaust system. I talked about that before too. I stay away from long winded posts so here’s a link...
  3. Magnuson Supercharger available $6495

Dang, exactly what said in the other thread. You’re welcome.
  4. Looks like Edelbrock is getting closer to production.

If we are talking about what is safe for the motor and debating a centrifugal vs a pd supercharge I think the centrifugal would probably be safer if they are both tuned properly. Detonation is more likely at slower engine speeds and high loads. The way the boost comes in right of idle with a...
  5. Looks like Edelbrock is getting closer to production.

X vehicle making X horsepower with x supercharger on a one time pull on a dyno is different than being able to do it consistently.
  6. Looks like Edelbrock is getting closer to production.

    I’m a Chevy guy and just so you know the LS9 ZR1 has a tvs2300 and the LT5 ZR1 has a tvs2650. Carry on.
  7. Looks like Edelbrock is getting closer to production.

Honestly I have no intentions of boosting my Jeep anymore. At one point I would have been very interested but considering no one has had that much success with boosting these I continually lose interest more and more. I still check in on this forum occasionally to see if anyone has had any...
  8. Looks like Edelbrock is getting closer to production.

Not saying the magnuson kit is better or that the tvs1320 in insufficient because other than the magnuson kit having a larger supercharger in it, I don’t know the differences between the 2 kits. I’m just giving a counter point to why someone might choose the magnuson kit. Until someone runs...
  9. Looks like Edelbrock is getting closer to production.

So are you saying you know for a fact one is better than the other when it comes to IAT’s or that you know for a fact they are both the same? Obviously you want a good tune with either.
  10. Looks like Edelbrock is getting closer to production.

While I’m sure the 1320 is plenty big enough for the 3.6 the deciding factor in between the Edlebock kit and the magnuson kit for me would be which kit has lower IAT’s with a lot of spirited driving. Size of the heat exchangers and cooling system would all factor into that. Everything being...
  11. Video: Procharger Supercharged 3.6 V6 JL Demonstrated

The depreciation on European cars is silly! Lol
  12. Understanding the ECU 101..:or how im getting over 20mpg on 37’s

I bought a pulsar, did a axle back exhaust, and did a intake also on my Jeep. I did it strictly because I was not happy with the power of my Jeep. While I can say I did get a little better mileage with the Pulsar on premium gas, it was not worth it nor was the power increase hardly noticeable...
  13. Magnuson Supercharger available $6495

All I have is a Chevy with a aftermarket turbo kit so it’s not like I have a ton of experience supercharging vehicles either. In any case don’t even believe what I say. Just do some research into places that do a lot of hi performance work you will find that all of them have someone who does...
  14. Magnuson Supercharger available $6495

I think that’s the way to go. If I put a supercharger on mine I would not rely on the tune from the manufacturer. As a matter of a fact I wouldn’t even bother with super or turbocharging anything unless I knew I had someone to custom tune it afterwards.
  15. Something wrong or just no balls

Sorry I don’t enjoy driving like old fart. If I’m not spinning my tires, I’m not having any fun. The limitations Fiat puts on these Jeeps with all the stuff the computer won’t let you do sucks.
  16. Something wrong or just no balls

I was somewhere around 7000’ that day
  17. Something wrong or just no balls

I didn’t air down. I was feeling lazy and wasn’t worried about getting stuck. Tire pressure shouldn’t affect the way it bogs down on me I wouldn’t think.
  18. Something wrong or just no balls

I’ll try holding the button down for a while next time and see what happens.
  19. Something wrong or just no balls

I have a 2018 JLUR with 37s and 3.6 . I’ve noticed in several situations where I’m trying to climb a hill in loose sandy stuff my Jeep just cannot keep any good wheel speed going. I was in some really loose volcanic gravel this weekend and whenever I’d try to go up anything even with traction...
