LOL. I didn't even drop it off at dealer (it would have sat half the day, got to the glass shop late, without the proper work order, blah, blah, blah) so I took it straight to the little shop, dropped it off told the dealer to fax them the info they needed and picked it up a couple of hours...
No one can explain why they are replacing the rear window. The problem, whatever it is has not been fixed on a factory level. Hence, why the replacements are still having the same problem occur. I opted for the fix. My dealer shopped these issues out to a small glass shop up the street from them...
Throughout all of these threads on the topic I just don't understand what is so hard about starting the Jl and hitting a button to disable!!!! I like it sometimes, long lights, road trips etc. But in traffic??? NO, I don't like it.
