I was in that scenario this past weekend. Running 3.5 in lift and 35 tires on a jl sport. No trouble for the most part but snow is unpredictable. I started sliding into a tree trunk on a turn and stopped luckily beforeslamming into it.
It may clear but at full turn lock and flex, it might rub. Mine rubbed a bit so i got 2inch spacers and have made a difference. I run a 3.5 inch rough country lift and 35 inch Patagonias withRough country spacers.also bought a tire carrier relocation bracket as my 35 was a 35 per say.
Five BF Goodrich Mud terrain tires with 19k miles on them. Always rotated spare in every 5k miles. No patches or plugs. Still have plenty of tread left. Size 255/75/R17

Bought the 2 inch front bar mount off amazon for 25 bucks. I use a cable lock when i leave the jack on for periods of time or long distance travel. No rattle or unnecessary movement once the knobs are tightened down.
Brightness level hadnt been adjusted due to installation during the day. Simple plug and play camera system to cigarette lighter plug and just ran the wires through the cabin into hood and mounted on license plate. Have taken it on a few trails already and love it. I can angle it as needed or...
