  1. 37” no lift on JLUD

For sure I’ll get rubbing at full flex. I had my heart set on the Evo 2.5” lift kit but I read a bad review and the quality of the tire carrier I got makes me second guessing it. I did have to drill holes in the Crusher bumper to mount my lights. I powder coated it satin black to match my...
  2. 37” no lift on JLUD

If anyone is wondering if 37s fit a JLUD without a lift (I was since it’s 1” higher than a gasser JLU). For sure mall crawlers won’t need a lift to clear. 37” BFG KM3 37 x 12.5 R17 Method 17” 703 wheels My JLUD with no lift Steel Whiteknuckle sliders Steel Motobilt bumpers Warn Zeon 10s...
  3. % of Diesels with major problems?

6,000 miles since March 2020 and no engine problems here (knock on wood). So far much better than my 2017 Crapoor. Those ecoboost engines are POS.
  4. Diesel Lift Kit?

I spoke with Evo when the first 2.5” kit for diesel rolled out and they said it was 2.5” over the stock rubicon diesel which is already 1” higher than the 2.0 and 3.6 rubicon. So does this mean the 4.5” is 5.5” higher than a 2.0 and 3.6 rubicon? IDK

  10. Fumoto valve

When I don’t have time to change my oil I bring it in. All my mechanics say thank you and the valve is awesome. I don’t think some people making comments change their own oil because every oil plug pulled makes a mess on your hand or floor. I’ve seen mechanics use a shit ton of gasket sealer...
  11. Blind spot monster

Just to update everyone. I finally got my rig back after two weeks of FCA saying to reflash different computers. Finally FCA said to replace the modules and now day two so far so good no faults. Fingers crossed the bad modules were it. The tech and service writer were great. The tech called...
  12. Blind spot monster

The sensors faulted from day one I drove mine home with everything stock. But no my sliders don’t stick out past the fenders.
  13. Blind spot monster

I hope that tech isn’t new or pissed he’s working during Covid. Mine is stock except sliders for now. I do have the factory painted fenders in billet silver. Google search pulls quiet a few threads about thIs issue people are having.
  14. Blind spot monster

Both of mine have stayed lit since day one March 31st. Clean rig or not they stay on. I checked the door harness connections, both fine. I dropped mine off to the dealer Monday and they still don’t know what’s wrong. FCA told the dealer to update software and reset the computer; no luck. So...
  15. Bronco vs Jeep Wrangler mega thread

What the Tesla reservation did was lock in the current price. I don’t know if it’ll lock it in for Ford. I did flip through my file folder of my 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor last night looking for my Baja Designs rebate. This folder is so thick with repair invoices, I’ll never consider a Ford again.
  16. Bronco vs Jeep Wrangler mega thread

Ford is just copying Tesla with their truck and $100 refundable reservation.
  17. Laurel Lakes in the Eastern Sierra

Last weekend I took the family for a camping trip up to Laurel Lakes in the Eastern Sierra. It’s just before Mammoth Lakes. It was a nice trail up to our camp spot next to Laurel Creek. I passed by an awesome CJ5 fully built and a few other rigs at the trailhead. I spoke with a few of them and...
